1. Heard Ms. M. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. K. Sarma, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 5 and 6. None has appeared for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

2. This application has been filed for stay of execution of the Judgment and Award dated 22.04.2022, passed by the learned Member, Motor Page No.# 4/4

Accident Claims Tribunal in MAC Case No. 18/2020.

3. The applicant has filed the connected MAC Appeal No. 253/2024 impugning the aforesaid Judgment and Award.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has served a copy of the stay application to the counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4, namely, Mr. A. Konwar. She also undertakes to inform the counsel regarding next date of hearing of this application.

5. Let this Interlocutory Application be listed after 4(four) weeks, on a date to be fixed by the Registry.

6. In the meanwhile, till the next date, in interim, considering the averments made by the learned counsel for the applicant in its application as well as the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant.

7. The execution of impugned Judgment and Award is hereby stayed, till the next date.

8. List accordingly, after 4(four) weeks.
