Heard Mr. A.R.Kashyap, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.K.Parashar, learned Addl.P.P. for the State respondent No.3.

By filing this petition under Sections 482/401 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has prayed for quashment of the Judgment and order dated 08.07.2024 passed in the Criminal Revision No. 15/2023 by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kamrup at Amingaon whereby the order dated 27.04.2023 passed by the learned CJM, Kamrup, Amingaon in CR Case No. 176/2019 has been affirmed.

Issue notice to the respondents.

As Mr. K.K.Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has entered appearance on behalf of the State respondent No.3, no notice need be issued. However, a copy of the petition along with the documents annexed there with be furnished to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor during the course of the day.

Petitioner to take steps for service of notice on respondent Nos. 1 and 2 by registered post with A/D as well as through usual process within 5 days.

Call for trial court order pertaining to CR Case No. 176/2019
