1. Heard Mr. N.N. Jha, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. This Regular First Appeal has been filed by the appellant under Page No.# 2/2

Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, impugning the Judgment and Decree dated 14.03.2024 passed in Money Suit No. 89/2013 by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) No. 1, Kamrup (M), at Guwahati, whereby the said suit was decreed in favour of respondent/plaintiff.

3. The appellant shall take steps for issuance of notice on the respondent by registered post with A/D as well as by usual mode within 7(seven) days from the date of this order, returnable after 4(four) weeks.
