Heard Mr. S. Dutta, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant. This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant, in MAC Case No. 27/2018 praying for staying the operation of impugned Judgment and Order dated 29.06.2017, passed in MAC Case No. 52/2013 by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kokrajhar.
