Date : 18.10.2023 Heard Ms. S. Todi, learned counsel for the appellant. By this appeal under Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, the applicant who is the estrange wife of the respondent has assailed the judgment Page No.# 2/2
and order dated 10.08.2023 passed by the learned Addl. District Judge, Udalguri in T.S.(D) 54/2021.
This appeal is admitted for hearing.
