Heard Mr. R. Goswami, learned counsel for the appellant.

This appeal is under section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act is directed against the judgment and award dated 12.04.2023 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Cachar in MAC Case No.301/2021. Appeal is admitted for hearing.

Call for the records.

Issue notice on the respondents returnable after 6(six) weeks.

The appellant shall take steps within 2(two) days for service of notice on the respondents by registered post with A/D.

Liberty is granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to collect the postal receipt number from the Registry so as to track service through the postal website of India Post and to submit the track report before the Registry prior to the next date fixed.
