Date : 29.11.2023 Heard Mr. W. Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner.

This application under Sections 397/401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the petitioner impugning the judgment and Page No.# 2/2

order dated 07.09.2023 passed by the learned Principle Judge, Family Court, Nalbari in Matrimonial Suit No. 141/2022 whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) to the respondent as permanent alimony.

Issue notice to the respondent.

The petitioner shall take steps for issuance of notice to the respondent by registered post with A/D within three days from the date of this order, returnable after four weeks.

The prayer for interim relief shall be considered only after service of notice on respondent.

List this matter again after four weeks.
