reflected in the cause list nor any copy has been served upon him.

In view of the above, let this matter be listed again on 17 th of May, 2023 for

motion by reflecting the name of Mr. S. Kataki, learned standing counsel, AEGCL, in the

cause list.

Since Mr. Choudhury has submitted that the case of his client is covered by the

judgment and order dated 03-11-2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1607/2020, the learned

standing counsel, AEGCL may also obtain instruction facilitating disposal of the writ

petition at the stage of motion hearing.
