Heard Mr. TJ Mahanta, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. A Barua, learned counsel for the petitioners.

This is an application filed under Section 401 read with Section 397 of the Cr.P.C. assailing judgment and order dated 22.12.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bokakhat in GR Case No. 1906/2013 convicting the petitioners under Sections 354/143/448/427 IPC and judgment and order dated 22.12.2022 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 03/2017 by the learned Additional whereby the aforesaid conviction was upheld.
