This appeal has been filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act against the judgment and order dated 29.01.2022 passed by the learned Member, MACT No.3, Kamrup(M) in MACT Case No.746/2018.

Appeal is admitted.

Issue Notice to the respondent nos.1 and 2.

The appellant shall take steps for service of notice to the respondent nos.1 and 2 by registered post with A/D as well as usual process returnable within 4 (four) weeks.

No formal notice be issued to respondent no.3 as Ms. P. Borthakur, learned counsel appears for the respondent no.3. However, extra copies of the petition be furnished to her within 3 (three) days.

Call for the LCR.

Steps be taken within 7 (seven) days.
