By this appeal under Section 374 of the CrPC, the appellant has prayed for setting aside the Judgment and Order, dated 16.05.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge, Jorhat in Special Case No. 40 /2019 convicting the appellant u/s 8 of the POCSO Act.
The Criminal Appeal is admitted.
