Mr. S.K. Medhi, learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that there is a

new notification dated 23.12.2022, which has been issued by reviewing the earlier notification

dated 21.01.2016. In view of the above, the direction issued by the learned Single Judge, as

contained in paragraph 23 of the judgment and order, may be required to be reviewed.

Be that as it may, let the appellants file the said notification before this Court by way of

affidavit.

Mr. Medhi submits that he will file the same today itself.

In that view of the matter, let the matter be listed again on 27.01.2023.
