This is an application under Section 378(4) of the Cr.P.C. 1973, seeking leave to prefer an appeal against judgment and order dated 03.11.2022 passed by the learned JMFC, Kamrup(M) in C.R. Case Page No.# 2/2

No. 3705c/2018 acquitting the respondent under Section 138 of the N.I. Act. Issue notice to the sole respondent returnable by 4 weeks. The petitioner shall take steps for service of notice by registered A/D post as well as usual process within 3 days.
