Heard Mr. D Mondal, learned counsel for the applicant.

The present application is filed for condonation of 8 days delay in preferring the connected appeal against the judgment and order dated 27.10.2021 passed in MAC case No. 362/2015.

Though notices have duly been served upon the respondents, none appears for them. None did represent them on 20.02.2023, when the matter was called for.

The delay in approaching this court is explained at paragraph 2. Perused the same.

This court is of the opinion that the applicant was prevented by sufficient Page No.# 3/3

cause in approaching this court beyond the period of limitation.

Accordingly delay of 8 days in preferring the connected appeal is condoned.

Registry to register the connected appeal and list for admission if not found any defective.

IA stands disposed of.
