Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of delay of 79 days in preferring the connected appeal against the judgment and award dated 08.07.2022, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Jorhat, in MACT Case No. 42/2017.

Issue notice returnable after four weeks.

The applicant shall take steps for issuance of notice upon the respondents by way of registered post with A/D as well as usual process within a period of three days from today.
