Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 praying for condonation of delay of 42 days in filing the connected first appeal against the judgment dated 07.06.2022 and decree dated 14.06.2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Barpeta in Money Suit No. 25/2018.

Issue notice returnable after four weeks.

The applicant shall take steps for issuance of notice upon the respondents by way of registered post with A/D as well as usual process within a period of 5 (five) days from today.
