Heard Mr. T.N.Srinivasan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.K.Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1.

This criminal revision petition has been preferred against the Judgment and order dated 16.09.2023 passed by the learned District Judge, Sonitpur, Tezpur, dismissing the application filed by the petitioner as not maintainable in Land Grabbing Case No. 06/2018.

Issue notice to the respondent Nos. 2 to 5, returnable within 04(four) weeks. As Mr. K.K.Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has entered appearance on behalf of the State respondent No.1, no notice need be issued. However, a copy of the petition along with the documents annexed there with be furnished to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor during the course of the day.
