By this appeal under Section 374 (2) of the CrPC, the appellant has prayed for setting aside the Judgment and Order, dated 10.11.2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Morigaon in Sessions Case No. 162/2018 convicting the appellant u/s 51 (1) of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972.
