                                        ORDER

07-08-2023 Heard Ms. J. Kalita, learned counsel for the appellants, who by means of this appeal has assailed a judgment and order dated 27.04.2023 passed by the learned Railway Claims Tribunal, Guwahati Bench in OAIIu-45/2022.

The grievance is only with regard to the procedure of disbursement and the learned counsel has referred to earlier orders passed by this Court in similar matters whereby interference was made with regard to the procedure of disbursement.

Ms. B. Sarma, learned CGC is present for the Railways. List for admission after 2 (two) weeks to enable the learned counsel for the respondent to obtain instructions.

Taking into consideration the peculiar nature of the case, an attempt would be made to dispose of this matter at the admission stage itself.

Let a copy of this Memo of Appeal along with the documents be handed over to Ms. Sarma, learned counsel to enable her to obtain the instructions.
