Heard Mr. R.P. Sarmah, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant, who submits that the impugned Judgment dated 13.06.2023 and the Sentence Order dated 15.06.2023 passed by the Court of the Sessions Judge, Lakhimpur, Page No.# 2/2

at North Lakhimpur in Session Case No. 160 (NL)/2017, by which the appellant has been convicted under Section 302 IPC should be set aside.

Admit the appeal.
