Heard the learned counsel for both the parties.

The petitioner is preferred this application under Section 389(2) of Cr.P.C. for suspension of sentence against the judgment and order dated 13.09.2021 passed by the learned Special Judge, Sivasagar in Special (P) Case No.34/2017 convicting the applicant under Section 6/18 and Section 10 of POCSO Act.

Issue notice to the respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 prays for some time to file objection against the prayer for suspension of sentence.

Prayer is allowed.
