This Interlocutory Application is filed by the applicant Smt. Rupasri Sarma for

correction/modification of the order dated 30.08.2022 passed in Crl. Rev.P. No.

425/2022, by this Court.

Heard Mr. P K Munir, learned counsel for the applicant.

Mr. P K Munir pointed out and while passing the Order dated 30.08.2022, in Crl.

Rev. P. No. 425/2022, the date of Judgment & Order in 2 nd paragraph of the order at

line No. 4, it has been mentioned as 06.04.2022, instead of 06.04.2018 and in the

second last paragraph of the said order, the date has been mentioned as 06.04.2022

instead of 06.04.2018, which creeps in because of mistake of the applicant in drafting

the petition and now it has created problem to her, and therefore, Mr. Munir has

contended to correct the same in the interest of justice.

Having heard the submissions of learned Advocate for the petitioner/applicant

and also considering that facts and circumstances on the record it is provided that

henceforth the date of the Judgment & Order in 4 th line of the 2nd paragraph of the

order dated 30.08.2022 be read as 06.04.2018, instead of 06.04.2022 and in the last

2nd line of the second last paragraph, the date of Judgment & Order 06.04.2022 shall

be read as dated 06.04.2018.

In terms of above, this I.A stands disposed of.
