The appellant has preferred an appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 31.03.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kamrup (M) in C.R. Case No. 3164/2017 acquitting the opposite party under Section 138 of the N.I. Act, 1881 and the present application is filed under Page No.# 2/2
Section 378(4) of the Cr.P.C. praying for grant of special leave to file appeal against the order of acquittal.
Ms. T. Roy, learned counsel for the sole respondent has made no objection. Considering the submission of the parties, leave petition is allowed.
The Crl. Leave petition is disposed of.
