Heard Ms. S. Patar, learned counsel for the appellant.

This appeal under Section 173 of the M.V. Act, 1988 has been filed for enhancement of the award amount vide the Judgment and Award, dated 19.10.2022, passed by the learned Member, MACT No. 3, Kamrup (M), Guwahati in MAC Case No. 2720/2017 directing the respondent No. 3 to pay an amount of Rs.73,838/- to the appellant/claimant.
