                                         ORDER

Date : 04-11-2022 Mr. S. Khound, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to negligence of

the learned counsel handling the brief before the court below certain important

documents could not be brought to the notice of the court. Although the judgment finally

went in favour of the petitioner, yet, due to non production of those vital documents, Page No.# 2/2

certain discrepancies crept into the judgment and order passed by the learned trial court

which calls for revisit. Hence, this revision petition.

Mr. Khound has, however, submitted in his usual fairness that no steps have been

taken to lodge any complaint against the learned counsel for whose deficiency in service,

the discrepancy had occurred.

Since the petitioner's counsel has prayed for a week's time to seek further

instruction from his client on the matter, this matter stands adjourned for a week.

Let this matter be listed accordingly.
