We are informed that Mr. P.N. Goswami, learned amicus curiae appearing in Crl. A.

(J) No. 74/2019 has withdrawn from the brief.

Since both appeals arise out of a common judgment and the paper book is also

common, therefore, taking note of the withdrawal of Mr. P.N. Goswami as amicus curiae,

we appoint Mr. R. Sarma to act as amicus curiae in Crl. A. (J) No. 74/2019 as well.
