Heard Mr. S.C. Biswas, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. B.B. Gogoi, learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent. Also Page No.# 2/2

heard Mr. M.K. Sarma, learned counsel for the informant.

It is submitted by Mr. B.B. Gogoi, learned Addl. P.P., that charge-sheet has been submitted in the case vide C.S. No. 3/2022, dated 08.04.2022 in connection with B.I.(E.O.) P.S. Case No. 04/2021.

Mr. S.C. Biswas, learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sushila Aggarwal -Vs- State (NCT of Delhi), in Spl. Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 7281-7282 of 2017, prays for continuation of the interim pre-arrest bail order granted vide order, dated 11.11.2021.

In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned Court below within 15(Fifteen) days and seek regular bail, if so advised. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. The interim order, dated 25.10.2021 will continue till the next 15 days from the date of this order or till the petitioner's appearance before the learned

Court below, whichever is earlier.

This disposes of the anticipatory bail application.
