This appeal from jail is directed against the judgment dated 03.03.2022

passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sonitpur, Tezpur in Sessions Case

No.186/2016 convicting the appellant under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. and

sentencing him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and also to pay fine of

Rs.10,000/- with default stipulation.

We have perused the impugned judgment.

Admit the appeal.

Call for the LCR.

Issue notice returnable in six weeks.

Since Ms. S. Jahan, learned Addl. P.P., Assam has appeared and

accepted notice on behalf of the State, no formal notice is required to be sent
