The applicant/appellant is represented by Ms. R. Choudhury, learned counsel.

This interlocutory application has been filed seeking stay of the operation/execution of the impugned Award dated 28.12.2020 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Cachar, Silchar, in MAC Case No.1235 of 2006.

Issue notice upon the respondents under registered post with A/D and/or under usual process.

Steps be taken within three days.

In view of admission of the connected MAC Appeal No.211 of 2022 and, on hearing the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant, the operation/execution of the judgment and award dated 28.12.2020, referred to above, is stayed till the date fixed.

The respondents shall be at liberty to approach this Court for alteration/addition and/or modification of this order on their appearance.

List the matter immediately after service of notice on 22.06.2022.
