This appeal has been preferred from jail assailing the judgment dated 25-11-2021 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Nagaon in Sessions Case No. 290/2012 convicting Page No.# 2/2
the sole appellant under Section 302 read with Section 323 of the IPC and sentencing him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and also to pay fine.
We have perused the impugned judgment.
Admit the appeal.
Call for the LCR.
Issue notice returnable in 06 weeks.
Since Ms. Bhuyan, learned Addl. P.P. Assam has accepted notice on behalf of the State, no formal notice is required to be sent in this case.
