Heard Mr. P Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present application is filed assailing the judgment and order dated 23.12.2020 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dibrugarh in CR
case No. 117C/2015 convicting the accused petitioner under Section 138 of the NI Act, 1881 and the judgment and order dated 13.06.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dibrugarh in Criminal Appeal No. 5(1)/2021 affirming the aforesaid judgment dated 23.12.2020.
Issue notice, returnable after four weeks.
Petitioner to take steps upon the opposite parties within a period of three days from today by way of registered post with A/D.
