Heard Mr. M.H. Laskar, learned counsel for the review petitioner. Also heard Mr. B.D.

Goswami, learned Additional Advocate General, Arunachal Pradesh.

When this matter was taken up, it has been submitted at the Bar that the State of

Arunachal Pradesh has filed petitions for Special Leave to Appeal (SLP) being SLP Nos.12107-

12201/2020 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the judgment and order dated

07.02.2020 passed in W.A. No.4(AP)/2015 and W.A. No.15(AP)/2015 along with other

analogous appeals by the Guahati High Court, Itanagar Permanent Bench. Under the

circumstances, we are of the opinion that it would be appropriate for us to await decision of

the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Accordingly, as also agreed to by the learned counsel for the parties present, list this Page No.# 3/3

Review Petition after disposal of the aforesaid SLP(s).
