Advocate, list the matter on 4.2.2022, on which date, Mr. Goswami, will address this court whether the judgment passed in WP(C) No. 2374/2016 shall cover the present petitioner also inasmuch as the same State Level Committee decision was challenged in said WP(C) No. 2374/2016 and ground of rejection of the case of the petitioner and the petitioner in the aforesaid case i.e. WP(C) No. 2374/2016 are same.
