Heard Mr. S. Das, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

This is an application filed under Section 100 read with Section 151 of the CPC against the judgment and decree dated 12.02.2020 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Sivasagar, in Title Appeal No. 10/2019 setting aside the judgment dated 21.01.2019 and decree dated 04.02.2019 passed by the learned Munsiff, Nazira at Sivasagar in Title Suit No. 07/2015.
