By this petition under Section 482 Cr. P.C., the petitioner has prayed for setting aside the impugned judgment and order dated 27.06.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.2, Nagaon Assam in Criminal Revision No.12(N)/2022.

Moving the instant petition Mr. B.K. Majahan, learned counsel for the petitioner has relied on para No.10 of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in State of U.P. Vs Mohammad Naim, reported in AIR 1964 SC 703.

As Ms. S. H. Borah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has entered appearance on behalf of the State respondent No.1, let a copy of the petition along with the documents annexed thereto be furnished to her.

Issue notice to the respondent No.2 by registered A/D post within seven days.

Call for the legible scanned copy of records of Criminal Revision No.12(N)/2022 of the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.2, Nagaon and M.R. Case No. 158/2022 of the court of learned Additional District Magistrate, Nagaon.
