Heard Mr. M. Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is submitted by Mr. Khan that pursuant to the direction made in the judgment and order dated 10.02.2022 passed in the writ petition, W.P.[C] no. 5607/2021, the petitioner has been appointed as Secretary by the State Government vide letter no. COOP.58/2022/259 dated 17.03.2022. The same fact is reflected in the order dated 29.03.2022 passed in 29.03.2022 passed in W.A. no. 98/2022.

Mr. G. Bordoloi, learned Standing Counsel, Co-operation Department shall obtain instructions as to whether the petitioner has been appointed by the State Government as the Secretary of Rongpur Samabai Samity Ltd., District - Hailakandi and if yes, the order by which such appointment is made.
