Heard Mr. J. Sarma, learned counsel for the appellant.
This criminal appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 08-03-2018
passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Dhemaji in Sessions Case No. 99(DH)/2021
convicting the appellant under Section 302 of the IPC and sentencing him to undergo
rigorous imprisonment for life and also to pay fine of Rs. 5,000/- with default stipulation.
We have perused the grounds taken in the memo of appeal.
