This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is preferred for setting aside and quashing the impugned judgment and order dated 05.08.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, West Karbi Anglong, Assam in Criminal Revision No. 01/2020. It is to be mentioned here that vide impugned judgment & order the learned Additional Sessions Judge, West Karbi Anglong, Assam upheld the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, First Class, West Karbi Anglong, Hamren (Assam) in order dated 12.10.2020 passed in G.R. Case No. 43/2020 (corresponding to Hamren P.S. Case No. 06/2020 under Sections 379/411/341/353 IPC read with Section 40/41/48 of A.F.R. Act.

Heard Mr. J.I. Borbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. S. Jahan, learned Addl. P.P. for the State of Assam.

Let Notice be issued to the respondents, returnable on 10.11.2021.

Since Ms. Jahan, learned Addl. P.P. has entered appearance for respondent Nos. 1 and 3, no formal notice is required to be issued. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner shall make available extra copies of the petition to Ms. Jahan during the course of the day.
