learned Addl. P.P. Assam appearing on behalf of the State/ opposite party No. 1.

By filing this I.A. the applicant, who was convicted and sentenced to inter alia

undergo rigorous imprisonment for life by the judgment and order dated 04-10-2021

passed in Nalbari Sessions Case No. 62/2012, has prayed for his release on bail during the

pendency of the appeal.

Ms. Bhuyan, learned Addl. P.P. Assam has prayed for 02 weeks time to file objection

on behalf of the State.

Prayer is allowed.

The I.A. shall be considered after the objection of the State is brought on record

and the LCR is received.
