This appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 15-06-2021 passed

by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Cachar at Silchar in F.C.(C) No. 108/2016

filed by the appellant under Section 13(1)(ia)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955

dismissing the petition seeking a decree of divorce.
