This appeal is directed against the judgment dated 13-07-2018 passed by the

learned Sessions Judge, Kamrup(M) at Guwahati in Sessions Case No. 342/2016

convicting the appellant under Section 302 of the IPC and sentencing him to undergo

rigorous imprisonment for life and also to pay fine of Rs. 10,000/- with default stipulation.

We have perused the grounds taken in the memo of appeal.
