This appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 11-12-2020 passed by

the court of learned Sessions Judge, Bongaigaon in connection with Sessions Case No.

17(BNG)/2017 convicting the appellants under Section 302 IPC and sentencing him to

undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and also to pay fine.

Admit the appeal.

Call for the LCR.

Issue notice returnable in 06 weeks.
