02-03-2021 This Jail appeal is preferred against the Judgment and Order dated 27.02.2020 passed by the learned Special Judge, Kamrup, Rangia in Spl(P) Case No. 18/2018, convicting the accused-appellant under section 6 of the POCSO Act and sentenced to undergo R.I. for 10(ten) years and fine of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand), in default S.I. for another 6(six) months.

The appeal is admitted for hearing. Issue notice to the respondents.
