Advocate for the Petitioner : MS.K LAHKAR
Advocate for the Respondent : SC, SECONDARY EDUCATION

                                           BEFORE
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANASH RANJAN PATHAK

                                           ORDER

08-01-2021

Heard Mr. A. Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. Mozumdar, learned Standing counsel, Secondary Education Department for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 5 and Mr. A. Chaliha, learned Standing counsel, Finance Department for the respondent No.4.

Mr. Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner placed before the Court that WP(C) No. 1402/2014 is similar to the present writ petition and the issues involved in that writ petition i.e., WP(C) No. 1402/2014 are identical.

The same is also reflected in the order dated 11.04.2018.

The petitioner has also annexed a copy of the order dated 18.11.2015, passed earlier in WP(C) No. 6942/2015.

After proper scrutiny of the matter, it is found that WP(C) No. 1402/2014 as well as WP(C) No. 6942/2015 were dismissed by a common judgment and order dated 22.07.2019, passed in WP(C) No. 7811/2015 (Nurul Islam Vs. State of Assam and Another) and other connected cases.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed.
