Heard Shri V.K. Chopra, learned counsel for the applicant/ writ petitioner, who has filed this application for correction of a typographical error in the Judgment dated 19.11.2020 passed in the connected WP(C) No. 5808/2019. It is submitted that in Paragraph-2 of the aforesaid Judgment inadvertently the expression of "original petitioner (Om Prakash Rathi)" has appeared. The same should have been "petitioner (Pooja Sharma)".

The records of the writ petition have been verified and the aforesaid submission made by Shri Chopra appears to be correct.

In view of the above, the Judgment dated 19.11.2020 is corrected to the extent that the expression "original petitioner (Om Prakash Rathi)" should be read as "petitioner (Pooja Sharma)".

To remove any doubt, the present order may be read as a part of the Judgment dated 19.11.2020.

This application stands disposed of.
