The jail appeal arises out of the judgment and order dated 15.07.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Diphu in Sessions Case No. 72/2018, whereby the Page No.# 2/2

appellant was convicted under Section 5 of the Explosive Substance Act and sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for 4 (four) years and fine of Rs. 1,000/- with default stipulation.

This appeal is admitted.

Call for the records.

Issue notice returnable within 4 (four) weeks.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. B. B. Gogoi has entered appearance for the State respondent and accepts notice.

Registry shall send notice to the informant/victim within one week.
