Heard Mr. P.K. Das, the learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the pension has not been processed till date in terms of the Judgment and Order dated 27.02.2020 passed in WP(C) No. 5847/2019.

Issue notice returnable in four weeks.

Petitioner to take steps for service of notice upon the respondent Nos. 1 to 6 by registered post with A/D within three days.

List the matter after four weeks.

The petitioner's counsel submits that the respondent No. 1, Sh. Prithwish Kumar Chaki has been transferred and in his place, Sh. Subhash Chandra Das is now the present Director of Pension, Assam.

Accordingly, as per the oral prayer made by the petitioner's counsel, Sh. Subhash Chandra Das is impleaded as respondent No. 1 and he will substitute Sh. Prithwish Kumar Chaki.

Registry to make necessary correction in the cause title.
