On disposal of the connected MAC Appeal No. 90 of 2008 by judgment and order dated 21.03.2014, the applicant prays to permit it to withdraw the statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/-

Prayer is allowed.

The Registry shall refund the said statutory deposit to the applicant which is lying deposited with the Registry in connection with the aforesaid appeal.
