Heard Ms. U. Chakraborty, learned Senior counsel for the appellant/applicant, N.F. Railway.

The appellant/applicant N.F. Railway has preferred this appeal against the judgment & award dated 10.09.2013 passed by the learned District Judge, Dhubri in the Reference Case being LA Case No.21/2011.

On instructions of the appellant/applicant, Ms. Chakraborty, learned Senior counsel, N.F. Railway is not pressing this appeal.

Accordingly, this appeal as well as the connected I.A.(C). No. 136/2021, being not pressed, stand dismissed.
