                                     ORDER

20.08.2021 Heard Mr. J. Roy, the learned counsel for the petitioner who filed this writ petition thereby challenging the Judgment and Order dated 18.03.2021 passed in Sessions Special (Land Grabbing) Case No. 02/2014 passed by the learned Special Judge at Morigaon.

It is submitted by Mr. J. Handique, the learned State Counsel, Assam that as per the telephonic instruction received Special Court under Section 13 of the Assam Land Grabbing Prohibition Act, 2010 which is the appellate authority against the order impugned in this writ petition is yet to start functioning.

In view of the same, let notice be issued.

The petitioner shall take steps on the sole respondent both by way of registered post with A/D as well as usual process within a period of three days from today.

Notices are made returnable after four weeks.

Till the next returnable date, the operation of the impugned Judgment and Order dated 18.03.2021 passed in Sessions Special (Land Grabbing) Case No. 02/2014 passed by the learned Special Judge at Morigaon is stayed.
